The Director of Human Resources will lead all HR functions and serve as a strategic partner to company leadership. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention programs.

• Manage compensation and benefits administration.

• Oversee performance management and employee development.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Support leadership with organizational planning and workforce development.

Required experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

• Experience building high-performing teams.

• Proven ability to lead change and growth initiatives.
