Capture the data behind every critical event.

Troman-supported vehicle intelligence for transit fleets

Fleet decisions are only as reliable as the data behind them. Troman brings Circuitlink’s T6 Tacholink to North American transit operations, giving agencies a high-resolution event data recorder built to capture vehicle activity before, during, and after critical events.

The T6 collects information from drivetrain, safety, body-control, positioning, diagnostic, digital, and analog systems. Connected to Intelligo, that data becomes an accessible record fleets can use to investigate incidents, evaluate claims, monitor vehicle health, identify recurring conditions, and make better-informed asset decisions.

Troman provides the Circuitlink T6 Tacholink event data recorder to help transit fleets capture high-resolution vehicle data, investigate incidents, monitor fleet health, and improve operational decision-making.

Know what happened—not what might have happened.

A dependable record of vehicle activity

Traditional telematics may show where a vehicle traveled or when it stopped. Tacholink goes deeper, recording synchronized information from the vehicle systems involved in its operation.

When an accident, unusual event, mechanical issue, or third-party claim occurs, fleets can review the conditions surrounding it rather than relying solely on recollections or isolated data. This creates a clearer factual record for operations, maintenance, safety, risk-management, and investigative teams.

Investigate incidents
Review vehicle behavior and operating conditions before, during, and after a critical event.

Evaluate claims
Use synchronized vehicle information to establish a clearer and more defensible account of what occurred.

Monitor fleet health
Identify active faults, vehicle conditions, brake wear, tire-pressure information, and other available system data.

Improve asset decisions
Use recorded activity and recurring patterns to support maintenance, configuration, and fleet-management decisions.

Deep data. Wide visibility.

High-frequency recording across hundreds of data elements

Tacholink’s “deep and wide” approach describes both the frequency and breadth of its data capture. Deep recording captures selected information at high resolution so short-duration events are not overlooked. Wide recording brings together information from numerous vehicle systems to provide a more complete view of vehicle activity.

The T6 can capture hundreds of SAE and proprietary data elements, including CAN bus information, diagnostic messages, GPS and positioning data, fault codes, digital and analog inputs, operator and route identification, odometer information, and signals from zero-emission and hybrid buses.

Connected directly to Intelligo

Move from recorded data to usable fleet intelligence

Tacholink records the data. Intelligo makes it understandable.

The T6 can transfer information through integrated 4G LTE, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi connections. High-resolution files can be uploaded for detailed analysis, while real-time information can support alerts, dashboards, fleet monitoring, and integration with selected third-party systems.

Within Intelligo, authorized users can review vehicle activity, event histories, maps, reports, exceptions, alerts, and surrounding data from a browser-based interface. Together, Tacholink and Intelligo give fleets both the detailed source record and the tools needed to interpret it.

Built for demanding fleet operations

Reliable recording when the vehicle—and the data—are under pressure

The T6 Tacholink is engineered for transportation environments where data integrity, connectivity, and continued recording matter. Its internal backup power can continue supporting data capture following a loss of vehicle power, while optional crash-hardened memory provides additional data protection for critical applications.

Configure the system around your fleet

Capture the signals that matter to your operation

Every fleet has different vehicles, systems, risks, and reporting requirements. Tacholink can be configured around selected data elements, recording frequencies, alerts, outputs, and operational priorities.

That flexibility allows transit agencies to build a data strategy around specific needs—from incident investigation and preventive maintenance to vehicle-health monitoring, operational analysis, and integration with other fleet platforms.
